Schedule and Appointment

NLP.CHANGE offers both in-person and telephone sessions. Sessions usually last about 1.5—2 hours. My fees are based on a sliding scale basis. You can schedule an appointment by calling 415.302.8494 or emailing.

When time, distance or health does not provide you the accessibility to come in person: A telephone session is a significant choice!

A telephone session gives you the opportunity for change. If you would like to schedule a phone session you can email me at Phone Session

Why do people schedule an NLP session?

Clients schedule a NLP session for a variety of reasons. Below are some of examples although it is important to remember that this is only a few of the reasons. We have all the resources that we need to change.

Here are some of the reasons people choose to schedule a NLP session:

  • Wanting to be happier in their life and not sure of what that would mean

  • Having a special event coming up and wanting to feel more confidence

  • Wanting to lose a few pounds and  finding that the diets are just not working

  • A phobia or fear such as fear of public speaking

  • Wishing to stop smoking

  • Preparing for a test or exam

  • Unable to sleep

  • Feeling anxious, or stressed out

  • Wanting more friends or different types of friends.

  • Not happy in job and wanting a career change

  • Feeling hurt, angry or sad and wishing those feelings would go away

  • Wanting the confidence to be more assertive

  • Negative self-talk that brings up feelings of not belonging, being loved, having the right to exist

  • Wanting a relationship that is fulfilling and filled with friendship and love

  • Having dreams of what life would look like but not sure how to get there

There is no failure, only feedback. With NLP, we work on outcomes. All choices are achievements, whether these are the results that we desire or not desire. The result is just feedback. If the result is not what we are wanting, an NLP session can help you to discover more resources; learn and grow; and give you more of what you are wanting.

What is an NLP session like?
When I work with clients, I want to help clients to relax in my office. I hope to provide a comfortable and emotionally safe environment.

During the session we discuss what you would like or what you would want, and work on clarifying your desires. We will look at important areas of life, (e.g., finances, work of career, relationships, education, health & fitness, family & friends). The goal is for your values to be supported and any blocks that prevent you from achieving success to be eliminated. Through this journey of discovery, you may see possibilities and resources that they may not have been aware.

An NLP session involves identifying the present state or unwanted behavior, determining the desired outcome, and then doing specific techniques that help you get from one to the other. Through a series of questioning techniques, the strategies (or patterns) for doing the unwanted behavior are elicited, and new strategies are created that will produce your desired outcome. NLP is different from other forms of personal growth change work because it focuses on goals instead of problems; want can be rather than what was.

NLP can help to give you more choices, to discover new and better resources and to have more of the life that you are wanting.
