About Neuro-Linguistic Programming
NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) is a process where a practitioner uses techniques, often referred to as the NLP toolbox, in a session to assist people with change. Using these techniques and the understanding of NLP, wonderful changes can happen for people. By removing blocks and challenges that a person may or may not be aware of, creates undeniable change. A change that does not need to happen with a lot of pain and struggle. This change can assist people is having more satisfying relationships, financial success, better health choices, and more peace and happiness in life.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming helps create change that is lasting, and often happens very quickly. Neuro-Linguistic Programming started in Santa Cruz, California around 1975 as Richard Bandler, a mathematician, and John Grinder, a linguistic professor, studied such people as Fritz Perl, Virginia Satir, and Milton Erikson. The idea was to observe and decode how these professionals were so successful in their fields, and to find the constants in what worked so well, and then decode their strategy into reproducible models (NLP).
