What happens in a group session?

The facilitators will guide you through exercises and light movement to assist you in identifying what your goals are and what those goals mean to you.

Throughout this process, you will discover the patterns of thought that you use to experience your experience. You will release “block” or patterns that stand in the way of you getting what you want.

Exercises may include: The Map of Action, Path to the Future, Pledge to yourself, etc...

Sample Exercise:

Think of a situation in your life where you would have liked to behave differently. For example, when you were annoyed or upset with someone.

What do you believe was true about that situation or person?

Think of a few other possibilities that could also be true about that person or situation.

Step into that person and experience what it’s like to be them. Step out and back into you.

Knowing what you know now, do you still feel annoyed at that person or situation?

Our Future!
